As a musician/gear hoarder, I have had some difficulty deciding what to bring along as far as equipment. Though our schedule is pretty loose, there will still be the chance for some gigs, so I needed a small working guitar. I found a great used Art & Lutherie parlour guitar and was able to install a pickup by hybridizing a couple of different ones that I had left around the shop.
I also decided that i was going to bring a mandolin, though I had to barter out a few pairs of underwear to get the space for it.
Then i made a joke about going commandolin.
No one laughed
and A rolled her eyes.
That's a win in my world
