Nelson

We decided to take a quick overnight trip to check out Nelson while we were in Grand Forks.


It turned out to be an amazing boondock, with the Walmart being located on some prime waterfront property. With an amazing vintage electric tram line running through the parking lot.

Though, it seems that with a beautiful boondock comes a one night "parking" limit. We took the hint.

In Nelson we enjoyed (quickly) swimming in the lake, playing in the gorgeous Lakeside Park, hitting an outdoor gym, riding the tram, some killer people-watching and window-shopping.
