Cathedral PP to Kelowna

Leaving Cathedral PP, we made a quick stop in Keremeos at the Dutch Import Store to pick up some salty liquorice "candy" provisions.

With the smell of desert sage and hay coming in through the windows, we drove into the Okanagan through retirement havens such as Penticton and Summerland. Arriving in Kelowna, we headed to the City Park for a picnic on the beach and some playtime at the splash pad.

We spent the next two nights visiting with our friend and taking full advantage of his awesome salad-making skillz and living room A/C.
